I can see a case for incidental payments to not have remittance advice. I just find it odd for millions of dollars.
It's possible none were given, these are also international clients, perhaps they conduct business differently and they were fairly new clients.
I'd prefer there to be remittance advice though, put it that way. Not definitive either way, just odd.
