Astral, you are right! customers are leaving and to date there is no evidence as to what management is doing to retain existing customers and grow new customers.
They recently cut some fees ...they need to do a lot more, including telling via media how they are going to win customer trust back.
including offerign competitive and compelling products, with customer focused results driven service.
So far not much is known on this customer front. ie why choose AMP?. all we have heard is lots of "out with the old in with then new" upper level management changes, capital raises, insurance business sale and no information on why AMP should be the customers prefered choice over anyone else....
Hence the public feel "same old same old " and share price is floundering at these levels and largely driven by BR rinse and spin and the like.
