    Hi Guys

The ASX last set of questioning just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

If I was ISX I will be really really mad at ASX for digging stuff which they are not sure off and on suspension.

These questions does not show any confidence in what the ASX is doing or thus far investigated. Height of sloppiness.

They are just dragging and dragging hoping to find something..

Just crazy.. I hope they get crucified in the court case.

I with a friend have taken up on a big investment firm and we won the battle on court ordered mediation.

One thing i have learnt is forget the in's and out's the sloppiness will be nailed.

All I see here is sloppiness from ASX.

    3 Questions to fight for:

    1) Why did they suspend the quotation if they are not sure of whats happening. If they are sure then why is westpac or any big banks have ever been suspended. Westpac has 23 millions occasions that the height of scandal and still not suspended.

    2) Leak of confidential information by ASX, If this is true this is a big win for ISX. The ISX lawyers can cause a lot of damage to ASX on this.

    3) Coming back on the same question again and again clearly shows they don't know what they are looking for. They are just trying to find something. This round of questioning will never end because its an open loop and they just keep coming.

ISX going to the court definitely shows a lot of confidence and right move.

What else can they do to seek justice. Answered all the questions 2000 pages of information on agreements and partnerships.

Just a bit concerned about the time, but I am actually very positive.

    Go ISX
