This is kind of weird, a company taking legal action against someone who is trying to do their job thoroughly? I think ASX has valid reasons in keeping ISX suspended as there is arguably some stuff behind the scenes that's making no sense (I bet none of you knew anything about what's been divulged by ISX in the last few weeks) and they would like to get to the bottom of it but it seems the bottom is bottomless. Anyway I'm not sure ISX needs to start wasting money in courts, just come clean with everything that's been asked and then suspension will be lifted presumably. My thoughts are i'd rather know everything so once the trading resumes i can make a far more informed opinion to either bail or stay.
