You got it right lockitt. For S32 the golden rule, the man with the gold makes the rules. But i thinks S32 will have a little less trouble with drill permits than little ol Inca. Didn't the Peruvian government streamline to application process? i thought i remembered reading a couple of years ago they were going to make drilling permits easier to obtain. Im sure they need the tax dollars and local employment.
