Fact: ISX is suspended
Fact: The matter is before the court
Maybe the court will lift the suspension, if it does, there will almost certainly be a decision about performance rights tranche A, B, C leading to a ONE TIME adjustment in the share price to fit the prospective market capitalization.
Why would the court not recognize that it has to resolve the performance rights issue, there is a $300m of uncertainty in the market cap by lifting suspension without resolving that?
