Part of the chp 1 and 2 re-submmision can be proactively by letter to ASX requesting 'in principle advice'....makes it easier to relist....but remember no guarantees....the OFFTAKE terms changed as you know and hence the June withdrawal of the April submission...this end of Sept 30 submission is the End game....make no mistake about that...if there were issue with African accounting and license b then at this juncture this deal would be dead.....but don't get your pennies ready just yet.....the ASX and these regulators are now firmly in control....just have a peak at the disaster in the ASX crypto casino....again if I was running this show probably would have walked from the deal...WFE mgmt must have some trump card uo thier sleave to keep this one alive...but don't get me wrong they nail this you're looking at a ASzx cobalt producer unicorn....
