    Agree get the 14 million in the bank and proceed to off takes with CATL in the background.
    maybe Huayou do not see this progression in their best interest / loss of board representation unless they buy on market.
    But shareholders need to vote YES unless of course you are influenced by the nonsense being posted by JB.
