I am of the understanding that when a company such as TER acquires a target company like UNV then in the short term that will bring the share price back down a little. unfortunately in TER case we didn't have a lot to go down on but maybe on the next quarter with both companies making good profits this will bring the share price back up to the mid 40-50 cent range hopefully if it reads good.

As dirty of word as coal is i'm hearing some good volumes for the coming years ahead with all of Japan,Korea,Indonesia and China and the likes bring on line there new power plants there will be a big demand back for coal so natural the price should start to trend up on the back of supply and demand. .
