Is a very calm day today, few 100k sold was sitting at 2.1. 2.2 been taken for 1m traded now. Seems to have support hear. 2.2 is the support in the 2.2-2.4 area. We bounced of the 1.9, 3 times, indicating double bottom.
The low vol and the recovery is very positive. Had it been going down, would not have found support and bounced and volume would be high. Sellers are not selling in droves at this price, but buyers are coming up.
A move to 2.3 I feel would confirm continuance of up trend today as then in the mid point of 2.2-2.4 range.
The chart is showing a wedge from 1 Nov. Not a flag were the lower price and higher price lines are level. The upper line is level, the lower price line is angling up. Generally when they meet price jump up. Reverse if lower line level and upper line angled down, reverse wedge for down.
I'll try and work out how to post my chart showing what I mean. Generally flags and wedges form from the pole. Ie when there is a nice jump like we had in early Nov.
