The biggest giveaways are outdated website that dont get updated. Managment paying theselves to much at the start when company is in R&D Businesses that will need to keep spending a fortune on R&D to remain competitive. Would hate to think what these guys would need to spend keeping this network secure once running. Looking at this as a newbie non holder , their is way to many moving parts and was never going to be enough money without a big Telco backing the project. The biggest problem with great ideas is teir 1 can smash a share price and make it impossible to raise funds to finish the project. If they had vodafone as a major shareholder then you know it would work.
