Let's consider Meir's compensation for 2019:
By 2019, it refers to total compensation between the period:
1st July 2018 to 30th June 2019
This is the important point you are missing...
Now. the compensation has been cut by 50% f
rom the 1st of May 2019, as you can see below:
This means that in the 2019 period (1st July 2018 to 30th June 2019)., there were only 2 months where Meir's compensation was at 50% rate (May and June).
If you look at next year's annual report, you will see that the amount will be reduced to approx 125K for Salaray and Fees, and anout 135K for Consultancy Fees.
