As foreshadowed, Adam Hinckley is now no longer part of Fluence and is now in the solar energy industry.
Can't say that we saw a lot of impact in his 8 months from an outside perspective, in terms of generating NEW long term US based investor interest, M&A activity or project finance wins. In fact project finance utilization seems to have slowed down during this period. About the only thing I noticed take place was the implementation of the $3 million USD cap on ASX announcements for project wins, which I could argue was not necessarily the right time in the company life-cycle to implement, as I feel like certain parts of the business are being undersold.
