In conversations with ARL a month or so ago, there will NOT be any share exchanges internationally, but you will receive a monetary substitute in lieu of shares. So however many shares you "received" will most likely be turned into cash in your account. You could use that to purchase GRL shares on market, of course, after it starts officially trading.
