The court judgement from the defamation case is available online and to me it reads nothing like what the company has told the market in their report.
It seems that Papyrus tried to get a summary judgement over the action or to have it thrown out, presumably because if it goes to trial thay cannot win, but their applicaiton was dismissed outright.
AB has been invited by the judge to file an amended statement of claim by Friday 13th December, (a bit ominous that date), and they are back in court 24 January 2020.
Interestingly the judgement details some of the behaviour of the company that led to the defamation case, and details of another more serious action being brought aganst the company. Makes exciting reading.
IMO if Papyrus loses this, it is all over rover.
