If the deal (acquisition) goes through in the next three weeks, and accompanied by a capital injection for US PE funds, then the potential to exit may be presented as a follow on transaction. The deal may be transformative and the PE investors buy-in price may show how the value of this business is growing. At that point, it might be good to keep a 'toe-hold' on the ladder.
