Because for all the potential of the internet people look at kittens or puppies rolling wool, rather than intelligently educating themselves to progressive medical alternatives to the corticosteroid injections that their GP's invariably recommend, ignorant of tendinopathy vs tendinosis and the regenerative qualities of ATI.
That and OCC have to MRI hundreds of patients for study qualification because GP's and Physios (understandably) cannot diagnose an intra-substance tear vs an articular surface tear.
The more candidates, the quicker the trial gets fully recruited and the quicker OCC can announce yet more impressive preliminary results.
