DGO have contributed a total of $9.292297m in DEG CR's...including latest $0.5m.
DGO's initial $5m was 83% of capital raised, 2nd pur of $3.792297m was 20% of cr and last $0.5m is 10% of cr.
Now gives them 111,957,046 shares @ 0.083c/sh av.
DGO will now hold 10.67% of DEG holdings....which will now be 1049,661,822 shares on issue.

The above gives DGO that blocking stake.
Interesting that IF they didn't participate in the latest CR, they would only have had 9.71% of DEG hodings.

Think that answers what their intentions are.
