Some more figures to play with ...... KRR have approx 1,239 Billion shares outstanding.
If they were able to make a profit of say AUD$1,239 Billion pa, using a PE ratio of say 8 to 1 which in my view is very conservative, the share price according to my calculator would be A$8/share.
If we scale the operation to one quarter of that, the SP could be $2/share.
The above assumes no further dilution in shareholding so if there is dilution it would need to be factored in to the numbers.
Pleae DYOR and your own maths and compare your numbers to future actuals.
Interesting doing "what ifs".
