The company just paid $500,000 to place 2 million shares are a deeply discounted price and retail shareholders have been totally disregarded.
This shows a disregard to shareholders and suggests the company must have needed cash urgently. I think a rights issue would have been fairer and produced the same result if the urgency was not the driving motivation.
