    CBD companies in US starting to come under fire because it’s still illegal. FDA sent a bunch of mobs letters to stop selling their CBD and now companies are getting sued, like Elixinol today for ignoring FDA. Most of Ecofibre revenue comes from a product that’s not completely legal and could be disrupted by FDA at anytime. Company has huge valuation way over revenue and that revenue is not fully legal. That’s my takeaway
