Next industry to be investigated by ASIC - novated leasing. The product is now a joke, set up originally to help teachers/nurses & others in NFP companies at least package up cars & get a decent benefit from their lower salary. Now the product is used by any director to finance his wife's drive car, all over $100k that have nothing to do with earning an income for the business.
Be very wary entering at these prices...2020 may be even tougher for these types of companies.
