I think the company will put an asx announcement out once the SPP and EGM are finalsied. Maybe they are re-working the deal?? We will now be halted until possibly Mid February.
I notice in other companies that have a SPP or a merger as such, that they continue to trade until the deal is done or scrapped, there must be a reason we cant trade... Even in consolidation, companies still trade...
