Well it maybe what's happened, but it's not entirely fair to say so in that way. LCT was ready to commercialize Diabecell, but that was crippled by Otsuka who supplied the funds and controlled the direction of the project. The plan to commercialize NTcell was a good one and probably would have worked if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot with the trial design. They can't say the didn't know because I sent them the information and outlined the problems and concerns when the trial was being planned. But it's their company and their trial, but unfortunately we all paid the price.
