Not sure if many have heard but China (being both Leads biggest producer and supplier) have realised the extent of their illegal battery recycling, hence our Lead price declining recently as the supply arises. (Old but relevant news due to Lead price)

Obviously this may result in further supply via the push for recycling lead-acid batteries but I don't believe it's sustainable with the increase in demand progressively.
Either way, I'll reiterate how China dominate the Lead market, you can decide whether it works as a positive or negative if a major producer declines or faces any detrimental issues.
