I think you are far to focussed on forces out of BAT BoD and management's control. It's like you are trivializing and undermining (pun intended) their skills, abilities and resources?
It's almost as if you think that they are just sitting around accepting their salaries and waiting for something to happen in the future, for at least the past two years?
