    Give it time.. a few good announcements and a profit forecast and nothing can hold this one back - an increasingly used technology, a company out of debt, a good product with existing contracts with good companies, a technology praised by the media...

    out of all the heart-stopping majorly risky penny-stocks, this is one of the safest ;)
