It's more than likely that Bupa outsource their customer relations and if not I don't see a reason for the marketing team to know about all emerging technologies for aged care. I'd say there is a decent chance the chap replying to the message has never heard of Painchek however, it's not his job to either! 100% it's on the radar of those who call the shots though!
