Do you realise US funding is for domestic processing, as in based on US soil, it is only up to $20M of matching funds, in two separate tranches, LRE & HRE separation & finishing to oxides. It is also conditional on the applicant being able to demonstrate a commercial customer base well beyond US Govt demand (which will be minimal) to eliminate the ambulance chasers.
How in your wildest fantasies do you think PEK might qualify for any of that?
