Good chart that!
Each of the last 6 times the RSI has dipped to 34 or lower, there has been a fairly prompt reversal.
Here's a chart showing the various levels of appreciation following those lulls. (And i've only measured the increase from an RSI @ 34... often it dipped lower)

Co-incidentally, i noticed that 5 of the last 6 times times the RSI went sub 35, there was an announcement inside 2 weeks bigging the story up again. For example;
But wait, there's more...
- 26/4/18 (RSI 34) - then on 3/5/18, 1st Aspiral contract in Beijing announced
- 8/10/18 (RSI 34) - 18/10/18, Egypt's Nirobox order secured
- 13/12/18 (RSI 34) - low and behold 20/12/18, Aspiral's ITEST in China announced!
So, here we are again, with the RSI low 30's.
- 22/2/19 (RSI 33) - 27/2/19, the Honourable Laurent Tchagba inks the Ivory Coast
- 7/5/19 (RSI 34) - 13/5/19, a left field Brazillian desal handshake appears!
I wonder what the team has in store for us this time around?
