I read the listing rules over the weekend... including Guidance 12... we should be in my opinion reinstated to official quotation at present... but the company has not requested this (confirmed in a phone call I had with OBJ). Here is an extract from guidance 12 section 5.4 which outlines the process for a suspension on the day of the vote...

It appears that OBJ management are hiding behind section 5.3 which is there in my opinion to allow the asx to keep a company in suspension if in its opinion..1. the company needs shareholders to vote on the major change to company circumstances (which we do)... and 2. shareholders have not been properly informed of the changes; to protect shareholders (we have been informed - with more detail of the deal to come)... so not imo to be used by the company as a tool to manipulate the sp for the acquisition and re-listing.

I am still seeking further clarification why we haven't officially made a request to be reinstated to offical quotation... my recent phone conversation did not satisfy my concerns...
