My question is how easy is it to get shares into a broker account that you can sell the shares through?
I certainly wouldn't want them in my Commsec account, their charges are criminal!
If I could set up an account with Stake then I might consider it (brokerage is free).

I think a good place to start is to research the Carlye group & their performance, the purchase of PNC won't make a huge difference to their performance.
