Investing in infrastructure and new technology isn’t going to make people starve. That’s an absurd question.
Fundamentally we are talking about little more than installing power outlets where there is already power. And nobody has to go to war to protect those power outlets.
As for what solution is the best, why not let the world try a bunch of stuff and see what works best.
