No, you're seemingly arguing that because the price didn't move substantially, the meerkat (oops Market, sorry Mr Bond) determined it wasn't material
However, that doesn't take away the obligation of disclosure, under Corps Act s674 and LR 3.1
By definition of statute and Listing Rules, the market is not informed until an announcement is made, even if its all over twitter and the news
Only then can the market as a whole be informed, and subsequent price action will THEN inform us if the market deemed it material
As I say, get a lawyer son.
Perhaps leave running the Company's up to Mr Bond. Nothing like a failed CEO to guide us through this process, eh?
