I though you cared about benefits to consumers. Isn’t convenience a benefit? Cleaning the air in cities? Mitigating climate change? Stopping oil wars? Cutting noise pollution?
Installing charging plugs on existing infrastructure throughout London could be done for a fraction of the cost of one oil platform.
