It was a strange day. At 10.30am I was informed I would be able to put in my order tomorrow as the instos were very shy and risk averse. At 3.30 pm I was told I was to late. What happened? Does anyone know?
Were the aggressive buys from the holder side or the TO side. Will we find out before the middle of next month?
