Perhaps it is you who should check the FACTS.

Every president has executive privilege and if the president refuses to abide by a subpeana, that is why there is a judicial branch of government and the Dems must go to the courts to adjudicate on whether the president must comply.

The democrats have chosen not to take this logical step in the process. Therefore, bypassing this step does not mean it is an “indisputable fact” that the president had obstructed justice.

That is the very reason for the courts and the mere fact you claim it is an indisputable fact is absolute CRAP. If or when the Dems take it to the courts and get a favourable ruling and THEN if the president fails to comply THEN he is obstructing justice.

It’s the very reason why there are 3 branches over government and when the president believes that it is a sham process and doesn’t want to comply, it’s the court that decides, not Adam Schiff and Nancy.

Trump could very well claim that it’s a sham process because Schiff refuses to release documents , info and or witnesses. That is why there are courts and that is why it why your claim is a steaming pile ....

The pertinent question is why doesn’t Nancy and Schiff take it to the courts to get a ruling. That’s what they are there for .
