Hi Mc. If ISX win I think the punitive component of the damages could be very significant given that it will be very difficult for the ASX to defend a claim that they have acted negligently, recklessly and potentially willfully. But beyond the $$$ I wonder if the greater value to ISX will be reputational. In so far as it dispels the questions raised by the suspension and by association the OM report.
