Looks like a big buyer lurking....
That last run up seemed like a false start, there's one buyer that's clearly sitting there reloading the bid, the seller will have to run out eventually, once this happens, we should see a more substantial rise.
I topped up at 4 recently, given the current Market cap, I don't see why this couldn't run to 10c near term.
