ACCC s46, page-78

Hottie I would think that if ISX thinks it is in breach of ACCC S46 then they possibly could include in the action.
If they also think its breached would think they themselves could lodge a complaint against them with the ACCC.
I still dont know if you have lodged?
I myself will leave that one to the company.
Plenty happening at the moment so not going to stand on toes of those who may have lodged would just be waste of time.
