Lowest SP was 86.5c highest was $1.15c over last 9 days before suspension about 34% but they were suspended for price volatility.

It does seem right that the ASX treats all companies the same way. Or maybe, just maybe ISX wasn't suspended for the SP Volatility maybe it was suspended for another reason, and just using that as an excuse? That's what they do with all ASX listed stocks correct? well only the ones that have been seen as competition for them and BOD own $$$ (not much left TBH) in ID8 more competition.

Difference is because SVA announced so the market is informed. Overshooting and undershooting are fine - its just price discovery.
If SVA didnt announce ASX would send in a plz explain.
Thought it would just be a speeding tix to ISX as well but obv there's a lot more going on.

No idea what you're talking about. I was pretty sure thats the legal example you were referring to.

Also interesting HWL hasn't added the failure to disclose/breach of s46 in an ASOC hmm?
