From the 12 months daily chart, we can clearly see an Elliot wave structure. Recent high near $4 is the peak of impulse wave 5, the symmetrical triangle preceding the push from $3.10 up to the peak was the 4th wave.
Today, the share price has just dropped into the range of the 4th wave ($2.55 - $3.20 ish). This is one of the guiding principles of counting the waves.
