I take any data out of China with a grain of salt. They say one thing and do another. They are master manipulators in a bid to cripple a companies prospects and then hoover them up for nix at their leisure. Be honest and admit without Japan, Lynas would never have survived in its present form.
So why shouldn’t Arafura have equal support to be allowed to get going? It’s a rhetorical question by the way! I don’t care about your stupid responses!
