Thanks baldy, strange.
I may be overstating this, yet it looks like solar + battery would have a daylight charge period and two discharge opportunities, while wind + battery has the potential for continuous day and night charging and selling the entire capacity of the battery twice a day into both daily price peaks.
Double the battery-related income to the wind + battery combination; half the battery pay-back time.
I keep muttering to avoid solar as it competes with price-insensitive rooftops. This reality just amplifies the differential.
So how about a battery on Capitol WF or one at Smithfield to soak up some nil-cost volts and sell at a premium. Money for jam.
