Trouble is, when I put that into Google, I get all manner of referenced articles, none of which matches your title exactly; and the one that comes closest is more than 5 years old, so I'm sure it can't be that one (see below).
Nonetheless, I still invested the time in watching video that closest resembled your suggested title.
While it was an entertaining, 6-odd minute snappy dialogue between two anonymous, but affable, young men, it certainly doesn't come even remotely close representing an independent audit of the accuracy of a sufficiently representative sample of forecasts in relation to the climate that have been made over time.
