pCap, as you and I are the only living investors in apparel retailing, we can only hope PGR survives with its design team and key brands intact.

Time to tell recalcitrant landlords to revise all rents down hard or the shops will close. They have Buckleys' chance finding new tenants.

I still think PGR will survive this downturn.
