I don't know about the pumping of stocks. Sometimes I think people overestimate their ability or the ability of other stock influencers to push SP on stocks.

EXR had a quick little run where some encouraging news was imminent each week and that helped alot. As far as a value for this stock is concerned, I don't see much more than hype in either direction until the resource is quantified. I buy as I get the spare cash and to be quite honest I spend what I'm able to lose.

Some people have probably exited, maybe they trade frequently and have different plans, I don't know. My bet on this is waged on the possibility of a very large and in demand resource from a very close customer. A customer who is willing to purchase gas through massive pipelines through tough terrains, costing alot more to get than ours will. 400km main pipeline to China, vs a few thousand km through mountains..which will be cheaper and easier ?
