Hmmm. Sounds like they may be going for a low ball offer that has increased equity components as there haven't been many nibbles on the Pareto front?
"potentially lower the cost of finance" - would this cost be inclusive of due diligence associated costs?
FWIW I'm down at the moment and agree on HQ fundamentals, just seems a little weak announcement given what has been previously announced r.e. Mike Elliott and Pareto.
