I hope you're right CB but I personally believe you haven't got a hope in hell of beating the Swedish government in court. They will have already considered this action as a possibility and made contingency plans.
And if a legal team doesn't represent AEE for free or on a 'no win, no fee' basis who is going to fund the court action? it won't be Peter so I guess it'll be the sucker shareholders...again.
