Hi Mosey, why is it when someone sells for whatever reason, they feel compelled to talk down the stock for others? Aura are not fighting Sweden, the ECT framework for investing has been established and agreed to by Sweden, they will be fighting the Energy Charter Agreement. If they decide to argue about whether the change in Gov policy affects Aura, there has already been offers of funding support from litigation funders.
